Can I return an unused item because I changed my mind?

Yes, if the new product remains unused and otherwise eligible. Defective returns and exchanges are also accepted. Begin within 30 calendar days after delivery and follow the Refund Policy.

Is return postage provided?

For an eligible approved mailed return, use the free prepaid label placed in the original package. Contact support if it is missing. The store does not charge a restocking fee.

How fast is the refund initiated?

An approved refund is processed and initiated back to the original payment method within 10 days. Later posting depends on the payment provider.
